Guaranteed TEFL Job Placement Program | TEFL International
This program allows you to obtain your TEFL International teaching qualifications, while getting direct practice in real classrooms. Already certified? Then get your diploma, or just the guaranteed job.
 

Every TEFL International student in both the TESOL Certificate Course and Blended Online Course has the opportunity to qualify for a guaranteed TEFL job placement upon the successful completion of their training.

The process for qualification is simple:

  • Choose to teach in China or Thailand. Complete the online application at one of the preferred location websites below.
  • Send required initial documents: resume / CV; recent photo; scanned copy of your passport page.
  • Upon acceptance into the program, TEFL International will guarantee you an overseas teaching job within 30 days of your course completion date. Please note that there are blackout dates for each country, and limits on the number of seats available on these Special Programs.
  • This program is available to anyone from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, under 45 years, holding a four year university degree.


 Teach English in China

Basic contract conditions for teaching jobs in China:
  • Salary and accommodation of between 8,500-12,500 RMB per month.
  • A minimum teaching contract is 6 months in length.
  • Local housing is provided.
  • Some airfare cost is reimbursed, as are visa costs.
    • Teachers are in the classroom for a maximum of 25 hours per week.
  • Courses for TEFL International’s China program are unavailable during the months of January, April, August and November.

Teach English in Thailand

Basic contract conditions for teaching jobs in Thailand:
  • The minimum salary for an English teacher in Thailand is 30,000 baht per month.
  • A minimum teaching contract is four months in length.
  • Local housing is provided.
    • Teachers are in the classroom for a maximum of 25 hours per week.
  • Courses for TEFL International’s Special Thai Program are available during the months of September and April.
