Every Inservice program has different aims and objectives, depending on what an organization is seeking. More confident teachers? Introduction and use of the latest global methodologies? New techniques in managing large classrooms? Easiest and best way to plan lessons, syllabuses and curriculums? Establishing a lasting observation and teacher developmental process in-house? Increasing learner clientele with exciting and dynamic ideas, activities and teacher outlook? After the free Training Program consultation, Inservice staff and the organization will work together to determine particular training objectives, which will be shown to be achieved after the training has finished.
One common concern with many institutes and organizations is often the expense in hiring native-speaking English language teachers. TEFL International has a great deal of experience training new native speaking teachers as well as experienced non-native speakers.
