Inservice is a process where by a professional TEFL International in-service teacher trainer and consultant offers a free consultation and evaluation process for professional teachers and their organizations. The organization and TEFL International consultants then work together to look over TEFL International’s many professional development sessions, workshops, seminars and inputs, as well as observation opportunities for teacher development. The consultation will also take into consideration the organization’s time constraints available to do the training, and still reach the professional development goals projected. Finally, a catered in-service teacher training program is created specific to the organization’s needs.
