18. Additional Comments
Feedback from the January course was extremely good. On a scale from 0 to 5, one student ranked the course as 4/5, with everyone else ranking it as either 4,5/5 or 5/5. Specific feedback included: - That trainees felt prepared for the real world - That trainers had a variety of teaching styles and stressed the importance of being yourself in the classroom - That trainers were extremely professional but fun. - That input sessions were practical, interactive and never boring and used the same methodology that trainees were being taught to follow - That the practical teaching practice was vital - That trainees were helped with class preparation at the start before slowly taking the ‘training wheels off’ - That the use of USB sticks ‘made life easy’. - That feedback on classes taught was encouraging but honest, although one student expressed a wish for even more critical feedback - That overall organization of the course was excellent.
