18. Additional Comments:
A careful analysis of the coruse shows that all aspects of the teaching experience, both theoretical and practical, have been dealt with with care and thoroughness by the lead trainers. The course participants were aware of the objectives they had to achieve, in order to be certified successfully. They, particularly, felt that they had obtained a very good knowledge of the grammar and were able to put it into use. Very positive were the opinions on the Feedback sessions: trainees found them very good and constructive, as were the teaching practice lessons. Particular appreciation was shown for the hard work and professionality of the school staff. Even though July is the hottest month in Rome and, generally, the city empties itself (all students are on hoiliday) the administrative and logistics staff was able to grant all teaching hours to all trainees, maintaining continuity of teaching. The administration was able to provide group classes and one-on-one classes of a very wide "selection" of students with different levels of knowledge of the English Language. The efforts of the staff were highly aprpeciate by the trainees that established a rather close bond with all school staff and faculty members.
