Additional Comments: The trainees who haven't taught before had no expectations of the course, therefore they can't judge if it is good or bad. The experienced Egyptian teachers/trainees pointed out the fact that they expected native speakers as trainers or even consultants. They also mentioned that the classrooms need to be bigger to give enough space to both trainees and students.Native speakers/trainees admired the trainers' qualifications and abilities.All trainees agreed that in their teaching practice they had only one class that had less than six students, the rest had six to eight students. |
