18. Additional Comments
The trainees were very happy with the quality of instruction they received, with the rapport between trainers and trainees and with the rich experience they were given to learn from. They found the course intensive, demanding but extremely valuable (‘I found it very challenging but rewarding at the same time’.) and they considered themselves equipped and ready to commence their careers as teachers of EFL.
The assignments demonstrated both the detailed care provided by the trainers in responding constructively to the trainees’ reflections, materials, plans and teaching, as well as impressive evidence of the personal and professional development of the trainees.
