18. Additional Comments

The feedback from the trainees was excellent (‘The course is fantastic and I cannot think of anything that needs improvement! I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the course!’), with all of them appreciating the quality of instruction, the value of trainer feedback and the variety and richness of the whole experience (‘The best thing about the course was the organisation of the activities and assessments- the way that our skill development was organised in a progressive way with lots of great scaffolding and guidance, teaching real students. Moreno and Grace are fabulous’.) They all felt the course had been well worth the money and considered themselves to be ready to go out and become effective teachers of EFL.

As always the assignments demonstrated the willingness and ability of the trainees to be open-minded, constructively reflective, empathetic and self-critical as well as a developing ability to be creative and independent.
