The trainees were all very appreciative of the expertise, patience and care of the trainers and were happy that they’d managed to learn so much I such a short time and to become confident about their ability to teach (‘It was a very helpful and condensed experience, that helped me a lot to grasp the concept of teaching English! Moreover it provided enough hands-on experience that helped me be confident about teaching.’).

The assignments clearly demonstrated how the trainees developed awareness and expertise as a result of caring and constructive feedback from their trainers and indicated that considerable personal and professional development had been achieved.
